About Me

I worked in the NHS from 1986-2018, mainly as a GP. During this time, my special interest was to help people to prevent and manage their health conditions and I saw first hand the barriers that prevent many of us from reaching our full potential.

From 2014-2018 I worked for NHS Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group as a Governing Body GP and Clinical Lead for Long Term Conditions, leading on transformation such as the Virtual Diabetes Clinic and National Diabetes Prevention Programme in Cornwall.

Since leaving General Practice I have qualified as a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Advanced Level Coach in order to focus all of my work on supporting those who wish to make changes in their lives.

My coaching style is respectful and non-judgmental.

I believe in the capacity we each have within us to solve our own problems. I can help you to clarify what you desire and support you to find the way to achieve it.

I am based in Blackwater, Cornwall, UK and offer 1:1 coaching locally and nationally and internationally by zoom and telephone.

I also coach in Blackwater and in natural outdoor spaces by individual arrangement.

My goal is for you to reach yours.
