Health and Wellbeing

Coaching for your lifestyle

Modern day living can take its toll on our physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Sometimes it can feel daunting to interpret all the available advice and information, trying to work out how to live healthfully. Each person has individual needs so we work together to create a balanced lifestyle for you, for now and for the future.

Scientific evidence points to the benefits of healthy eating patterns, appropriate exercise, restful sleep, managing our stresses, alcohol and smoking and being connected to others. Each area overlaps so as we make positive changes, the benefits multiply.

Medical Care

Lifestyle medicine sits perfectly alongside any conventional medical care or advice you may be receiving and I am happy to liase with your medical professionals.

I do not offer medical prescriptions or specialist dietetic advice.

Your Journey

Together, we can consider your lifestyle balance and how it is affecting the quality of your life. Using a coaching approach we explore what is important to you, what you would like to change and how to overcome obstacles that stop you from achieving your goals.

If you would like measurements along the way, I have Tanita InnerScan scales. These measure visceral fat - the harmful fat which can sit in your liver and around internal organs increasing your risk of conditions such as heart disease, stroke, some cancers and diabetes.
